Finished blocking out primer. Caught all the spots that I missed first time around. Ready to re-primer and sand down again! Round 2!

It's a liquid insulation consisting of a mixture of silicon and ceramic beads blended in a high quality acrylic polymer. It provides thermal and acoustical insulation. Comes in black and white and is light weight. I went with these guys TC Ceramic out of Seattle, Wa. They gave me a better price than Lizard Skin and you only apply the one product.
