I looked it up and I didn't see anything. When I got the van I would put the driver side window down 1/3 and it would come off the wheel and drop down. I had to put it back on the wheel and put it back up and it would be fine. I need to replace the wheel I guess no biggie. Now it drifts down on it's own and the window crank stays where it is. I can't put it up anymore. I'm guess the window mechanism is shot? I have a wedge in it now. Any input would be great...

Well I looked and the window roller is missing and I can see why the window would drift down on it's own. I'm looking @ the Macs catalog and I am not sure if I can fix the window regulator. I have looked on line and can not find anything on it and no one seems to want to help me here.

This is what I think I need. I don't see just the roller for the 73-79 models. They are only showing this. What do you guys think?

Flav: The link that you provided here is not opening for me. I know the 1969-74 vans are the same and have a roller type thing. Not sure what's going on with the 3rd gens. I'm sure someone will chime in on what you got going on here. Just wait a little longer before you jump....

Flav: I think this is what your looking for here. I had to look at some of your other posts and find out what year van you had. As far as a new drivers regulator: Someone on this site should have one laying around that they would be willing to part with. Post on the for sale or wanted thread for the window regulator. Here is a link to the correct roller........

I am lazy so I didnt even bother looking to find what van you had, but yeah, Baja is right, you should announce your van. Better yet, post a pic in your avatar.

Anyway, my roller went bad several months ago. Mike gave me one, and at the same time I fixed it, I shot the regulator with some aerosol white lithium, work sweet.

Hey I know it is only a few dollars but you can get these at Kragen / pep boys ect for about the same price. I have seen them on ebay for as little as $1.00. I have bigger problems as I have the window track that has rusted and broke off.

I went to Pepboys, NAPA, and Advance Auto and they all looked at me like I came from outer space...

flav, the part number for the roller is C0AB-6423240-B. That second digit is a zero, not the letter O.. Jump on google and search for that part number in quotations "C0AB-6423240-B". You'll see a whole list of places that sell them. You can also go to some of the sites that sell reproduction parts for the early pickups and find them. National Parts Depot is one.

Regardless of what part number the aftermarket pickup parts companies use for the rollers,, you're looking for the ones that fit (at least) the 64-69 pickups. National Parts Depot lists them as fitting the 61-79.

Could anyone please tell me if this part number C0AB-6423240-B will also fit a 1969 E 200. It looks identical to the one that broke off my passenger side window today. But midlandauto lists that as a part for '61-'67 econoline

ford mustang parts has this item that looks the same but you never know.

M C9ZZ 6521496 AR 69-70 WINDOW GUIDE BUSHING

I guess I could ask midland the same question before buying a pair of them. I'm waiting on a quote from NPR.

Quote came back and they want $9 to ship two pieces that cost $1.50. Not gonna happen. I'll check other suppliers.

They should be the same through the 69-74 years. Its very possible that they were also used on the earlier vans.

It turns out the NPR price was the best since they sold a pair for $1.50. Obsolete Reliable sold the right part but they cost $3.50 a piece and $4 shipping. So, two would cost $11. You'd save $2 buying 2 rollers from NPR. I spent a dollar to save a dime again!
C0AB-6423240-B is the right part number for 1969 E 200.
