People are always looking for those. Don’ t get your hopes up.
For my old van I made my own cover & it works better to hold things. You can cover the plywood with some nagahide type material that matches your interior from a fabric store. Just lay it in there & if something spills on it you can pull it up & clean it. I just used a piece of linoleum here because I had a scrap piece of it that sort of matched the exterior color.
Check it out ....

There are usually 2 - 3 full covers listed on eBay. Only found one this time (been listed a while too) and one very nice topper.

The 1st one is apparently the whole doghouse.
The high priced second one... That cover appears to be the soft foam cover that was on the 1968/’69 & I think the 1970 vans. It is also a cover for a 6 cylinder doghouse & will not fit a V8 doghouse.
These both have the soft cover. They are shot.

Mine is gone and I am planning on making a drink holder to top off the motor cover so it won't be missed. If woodworking is not your thing you should be able to find someone to make one for you fairly inexpensively. I had a drink holder tray on my 69 and it was very practical.
