Hi Vaners,
Do any of you now what should be used to seal the aluminum port hole windows to the the metal? It looked like it hand some kind of putty between the two metals.

buttle strip i beleive the used. 75% certain.

on my high top windows they originally used something called Butyl Tape. It's available at RV dealerships/parts places. $10 a roll +- also online. You warm it with a hair blower or heat gun until it is soft and then treat it like a pliable gasket. Then trim the excess.

I used 3m fast cure 4000UV. They use it on boat portholes so I figure its gotta work. Used it on roof vent and worked perfectly. But I live in SoCal so doesn't get too wet...
