Paint the whole van flat black!! Mad Max's survival capsule.
I love the flat black.....

Below is my 1970 E-200 I had back in the late 1990's....
...I don't think I've ever seen another 69-74 with a front end spare tire carrier like that.... I would love that on my E300.

Wow! The guy doing your work is amazing, man. You definitely found the real deal. Glad things have turned out a lot better than, I'm sure, anyone ever expected. And I have to agree, that matte black sure is mean looking... would look great with the hood scoop!

Man, that body work is coming along exceptionally well. That body man knows what he is doing for sure and for certain.

So glad to see that all is going along so well. I know you will be tickled to get behind the wheel and drive it again.

It's getting there...... I actually like this grille better.

Installed the grille, front bumper brackets.

All she needs are
wipers put back in,
hood weather stripping..
front bumper,
wiring/electrical

Thank you John69 for the rock solid front bumper! Had a great time talking vans with you...

I'm startin' to like the new look.... Another added color (white bumper). I was thinking of having the front bumper done in flat black....but that can wait till next year.

Right now I'm focussing on getting my multi colored 'donar part-wearing' Econ back on the road. All I have left to do is take care of some minor electric buggs (no dash lights, and left blinker not on when dimmer lights are turned on)..... And install the wiper motor and the washer fluid motor back in where they belong.

You're going for the one-eyed calico look? You've succeeded! Congrats on getting your van back on the road.
