Nice! Thanks for the real, genuine, good music too! Not the noise I hear on many vids.
For the kids here that dont know, thats 'Cream': Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton & Ginger Baker, doing their 1968 version of Robert Johnsons 1936 tune "Crossroads", or "Cross Road Blues". THUMB.gif

Awesome video, thanks for sharing.  It's been 30 years since I've been to most of those places.

I have the album.

'Wheels of Fire'  Me too. B)  Bootleg copy bought in 1969.

Flew a 12 hour patrol & landed in Taiwan, stranded there for about 3 days by some big typhoons.
We got to do a little forced R&R & went into this record store. Loaded with bootleg record albums, real cheap, couple bucks. Albums by the “Beagles” & even the “BEALES“ & other popular groups. Check out the title of that Cream album. Wheels of ... what? lol.gif
The records sounded just fine. Yeah, we stocked up.

Let me veer this thread back on topic by saying how much I enjoyed the video and all the fantastic locations you visited. I hope to see some of them in person this fall when I drive to CA.

Cheers,

Marlon.

PS: Cool albums Tom. I'm a big fan of the Beales too.

That would be awesome, it's always nice to meet another Econofan. It won't be until October, but I'll pm you before then and more as the trip draws nearer.

Cheers,

Marlon
