Hi,
Any idea where new door window sweeps/felt strips at the bottom of the glass on the driver and passenger doors can be purchased.
Almost every vehicle Ford makes is easy to find them except the Econoline.... dry.gif

Metro Moulded Parts doesn't appear to have just the sweeps. But they have a window channel and sweeper kit.

Click the "Search for parts" button on the left,, or the "online catalog" button up top.. Select your year, make, model... They are all the way at the bottom of the list. No picture though.
Window Channel and Sweeper Kit. 6-Piece Kit $221.85 (Ouch!)

SoffSeal might have them too, but I couldn't find them on their website.

Something else to keep in mind when looking for these types of items. The window sweeps and channel gaskets are not anything special. The material for making them can be bought in bulk as I see it all the time at shows and on line. What makes them model specific is someone has sat down with a factory part and figured out what they need and were to cut to make up a kit. That being said if you can’t find a kit listed or would rather make up your own and save some money buy the bulk products and make them yourself. John

I would, but the window channels in my 80 Econoline are gone, wiped out, as they seem to be in most every econo of that vintage I look at.
Anybody know what the industrial standard part would be? JC Whitney sells the stuff by profile & demension, but I aint got a sample to go by.....
