my apologies if this is a tired question ... I just bought a 2008 E-250 extended cargo van ... are there any opening-windows, or RV-type window/screens available for the rear doors ? ... thanks in advance ...

Petty sure if you went to, or called a major RV center they would be able to direct you in the right direction..

You can try emailing the folks at the site linked below. They make a lot of different windows for vans, but I didn't see any rear windows on their site that opened.
Not sure if this link will work, but it should take you to a page with windows for 92 and newer ford vans.

There's also Hehr brand windows. They make a lot of the windows that are in RVs, and conversion vans.

they stopped offering them due to exhaust being drawn in while driving causing problems and legal liability years ago.

Hi Roadcam,

Yes, Mitch is right. The exhaust gasses will come into the van through the open rear windows because of the low pressure area being generated when driving the van down the road.

When my dad first purchased our 69 Club Wagon, he opened up the rear windows and tried to asphyxiate use driving down the road. The comment was, "Dad my eyes are watering and I can't breath. Can I close the window?"
